Dear Friends
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
I hope that you have a blessed New Year as you serve the Lord.
We would appreciate your prayers on the following issues:
Our Youth Leadership Training Camp - Summit - begins today and runs until 14
January and from 15 - 21 January we will be running our Week of Action
programme during which we challenge attendees to practically apply
evangelism and discipleship training to contemporary life.
I was interviewed by a television crew on 14 December 2004, they were making
a programme about Letlapa Mphahlele the Commander of the APLA combatants who
attacked our church in 1993.
Letlapa and the crew were welcomed for lunch at the Frontline Fellowship
mission by our director Dr Peter Hammond who made sure our guests, including
Letlapa who is an atheist, left with good Gospel literature to read.
I was invited by Letlapa to give input at a meeting of ex-combatants on 15
January 2005.
Our family would really appreciate prayer for my father Adriaan; he was
diagnosed with Lymphoma on 26 December 2004. This came as a shock to us
because he has never in his life been in hospital.
Yours in His service
