Items for Praise

We praise God that, despite suffering the most severe persecution in the world today, some churches in Sudan are experiencing revival and the fastest church growth in Africa.
Despite the largest country in Africa suffering the longest war of the century, more Muslims are coming to Christ in Sudan than anywhere else that we know of.
120 Primary schools have been established in recent years in Western Equatoria.
Despite on-going aerial bombardment, the Christians are standing steadfast and winning many of their persecutors to Christ.

“Cush will submit herself to God.” Psalm 68:31

Please pray:

That the sufferings of our Christian brethren in Sudan become known to the whole world.
That the persecutors of Sudanese Christians will be exposed and opposed.
That the Lord will lead more dedicated missionary volunteers to join the missions working inside Sudan.
For health, strength, wisdom, guidance, provision and protection for the pastors, chaplains and missionaries in Sudan.
That peace, with justice, will be firmly established.
For Frontline Fellowship’s on-going Leadership Training courses for pastors, teachers and chaplains.
For Samaritan’s Purse hospital and Frontline Fellowship’s mission base and Christian Liberty High School, which have been subjected to intensive aerial bombardments.
For the fulfilment of the Great Commission in Sudan.
That the Christians may not only be enabled to withstand the assaults and survive the persecution, but that they will be able to roll back the southward expansion of Islam, winning their persecutors to Christ and making Sudan the first country since Spain to be freed from Islam.
That Sudan will become a strategic bridgehead for the evangelisation of Muslim North Africa and the “10/40 Window.”

“From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, My worshippers, the daughter of My dispersed ones, shall bring My offering.” Zephaniah 3:10
